Client Language Options for Questionnaires, Discharge Records, and Text Messages

PawthosX is planning expanded language options for client-facing communication workflows, including questionnaires, discharge records, and text messages.

This feature is designed to help clinics communicate with clients in the language they understand best, without forcing the team to manually translate forms, discharge instructions, or messages outside of PawthosX.

Planned functionality includes:

• Language options for client questionnaires

• Spanish questionnaire support

• French Canadian questionnaire support

• Language options for discharge records

• Translated discharge instructions and visit summaries

• Language selection for outbound text messages

• Translation options inside SMS conversations

• Preferred client language settings

• Ability to choose the language before sending client-facing materials

This will help clinics:

• Send questionnaires in the client’s preferred language

• Provide discharge records clients can clearly understand

• Communicate by text in English, Spanish, or French Canadian

• Reduce manual translation work for clinic teams

• Improve client understanding after visits

• Support multilingual communities more professionally

This is separate from full platform localization.
