Multi-Pet Invoices

PawthosX is planning support for multi-pet invoices, allowing clinics to place services for multiple pets from the same client onto one invoice.

This is designed for common real-world workflows where a client brings in more than one pet, or where services need to be grouped clearly under one bill instead of creating separate invoices for each patient.

With multi-pet invoices, clinics will be able to attribute individual line items to the correct pet while keeping one unified client invoice.

This will help teams:

• Create one invoice for multiple pets under the same client

• Keep each service tied to the correct patient

• Reduce duplicate billing work

• Present cleaner invoices to clients

• Preserve visit and treatment plan safeguards where required

Single-pet invoice workflows will remain unchanged. Existing workflows will continue to behave the same for clinics that do not need multi-pet billing.
