PawthosX is planning a dedicated Room Panels experience for clinics that want clearer room-level visibility throughout the day.
Room Panels are designed for exam rooms, treatment areas, and shared clinical spaces where teams need to quickly understand what is happening without relying on hallway updates, sticky notes, or memory.
With Room Panels, clinics will be able to view and update room status, visit progress, patient readiness, and room condition from a shared display.
Planned room statuses may include:
Doctor Ready
Tech Ready
Estimate Needed
Waiting on Client
Visit Complete
Room Available
Planned room conditions may include:
Clean
Dirty
Decon Required
Closed
Room Panels are intended to support mounted displays, tablets, or shared clinic workstations. The experience may include protected patient views, staff unlock controls, auto-lock behavior, and screen protection for rooms that are closed or inactive.
This work also connects to a broader operational display setting inside PawthosX One. In the future, clinics will be able to choose which operational views they want enabled, including FlowBoard, CareQueue, and Room Panels.
The goal is simple:
Help the team see the state of the clinic without adding another layer of noise.
Room Panels are being designed to make physical clinic flow easier to read at a glance, including which rooms are ready, which patients need attention, which visits are waiting on a client, and which rooms need cleaning or decontamination.
