MMS Attachment Support for SMS Conversations

PawthosX is planning MMS attachment support for SMS conversations inside the communication system.

This will allow clinics and clients to send and receive image or media attachments through SMS threads, making communication more complete when a photo or file is needed.

This is designed for common workflows such as clients sending photos of a concern, clinics sharing visual updates, or teams attaching relevant media during a conversation.

Planned functionality includes:

• Receiving MMS attachments from clients

• Viewing media attachments inside SMS conversation threads

• Sending attachments from PawthosX SMS conversations

• Supporting uploaded files inside the message composer

• Storing message attachments alongside the communication record

This will make SMS conversations more useful for real clinical and client communication, especially when a picture answers the question faster than another message.
