Client Language Options for Questionnaires, Discharge Records, and Text Messages

PawthosX is planning expanded language options for client-facing communication workflows, including questionnaires, discharge records, and text messages. This feature is designed to help clinics communicate with clients in the language they understand best, without forcing the team to manually translate forms, discharge instructions, or messages outside of PawthosX. Planned functionality includes: Language options for client questionnaires Spanish questionnaire support French Canadian questionnaire support Language options for discharge records Translated discharge instructions and visit summaries Language selection for outbound text messages Translation options inside SMS conversations Preferred client language settings Ability to choose the language before sending client-facing materials This will help clinics: Send questionnaires in the client’s preferred language Provide discharge records clients can clearly understand Communicate by text in English, Spanish, or French Canadian Reduce manual translation work for clinic teams Improve client understanding after visits Support multilingual communities more professionally This is separate from full platform localization. The goal is to make client-facing communication easier to understand, easier to send, and easier to manage across languages.

MsgBoard Voice Drafting + AI Communication Polish

We are exploring a MsgBoard upgrade to make client communication faster, cleaner, and easier for clinic teams. The goal is to help teams turn rough notes, dictated thoughts, or quick message drafts into professional client-facing communication without leaving PawthosX. Planned support may include: Voice-to-text drafting inside MsgBoard AI-assisted message cleanup Client-friendly SMS replies Professional email drafts Website/widget chat replies Conversation summaries before responding Shortening or simplifying long messages Adjusting tone for clarity, empathy, or professionalism Team review before anything is sent This came from real clinic workflow feedback: teams are already using outside AI tools to write client messages. PawthosX should bring that workflow directly into MsgBoard so communication stays connected to the patient, client, and conversation history. Example use cases: Dictate a rough callback note and turn it into a polished client text Summarize a long message thread before replying Convert clinical shorthand into a client-friendly explanation Make a message warmer, shorter, or more professional Draft an email follow-up from a MsgBoard conversation This feature would support the team, not replace their judgment. Clinic staff would review and approve messages before sending.

Awaiting Partner Agreement

Home Delivery

PawthosX has created Home Delivery workflows to help clinics coordinate eligible item delivery directly from PawthosX One. This feature is designed for clinics that want a cleaner way to offer delivery for approved items without managing separate spreadsheets, manual texts, or disconnected delivery tools. Home Delivery will allow clinics to prepare delivery orders, confirm client details, track status, and keep delivery activity connected to the client and patient record. Current status: Built, pending partner approvals before scheduling is enabled. Planned functionality includes: Create home delivery requests from eligible invoices, prescriptions, or product orders Confirm client address and delivery contact information Select delivery-eligible items Set clinic-defined delivery rules and restrictions Track delivery status inside PawthosX Notify clients when a delivery is being prepared, scheduled, dispatched, or completed Store delivery history on the client and patient record Support clinic review before any order is released for delivery Enable scheduling once approved delivery partners are active This will help clinics: Offer more convenient client service Reduce phone calls about pickup timing Support medication, food, retail, and supply fulfillment workflows Keep delivery activity connected to the medical and billing record Improve visibility for front desk, pharmacy, and care teams Reduce manual coordination outside the system Home Delivery is intended to keep the clinic in control of what can be delivered, when it can be delivered, and which items require staff approval before release. The goal is simple: Let clinics move approved items from the hospital to the client’s home without turning delivery into another disconnected workflow.

Native Spanish & French Canadian Language Support

PawthosX is planning expanded native language support for Spanish and French Canadian across key clinic and client-facing workflows. This is designed for clinics serving multilingual teams and clients, including Spanish-speaking communities in the United States, Puerto Rico, Mexico, and French-speaking clients in Canada. Planned functionality includes: Native Spanish language support Native French Canadian language support Ability to choose a preferred client language Translated client questionnaires Translated intake forms Translated discharge instructions Translated visit summaries Language selection during client communication workflows Support for multilingual clinic-client experiences inside PawthosX One and Pawsworth This will help clinics: Communicate more clearly with clients in their preferred language Reduce confusion during intake, discharge, and follow-up Support Spanish-speaking and French Canadian client communities Improve client understanding of care instructions Create a more inclusive experience without forcing clinics into manual translation work The goal is to make multilingual communication feel native inside PawthosX, not like an afterthought bolted onto the side.

Atlas Scheduler Templating & Color-Coded Schedule Templates

PawthosX is planning Atlas Scheduler Templating, a reusable scheduling system that lets clinics build standard schedule templates once and apply them across doctors, rooms, vehicles, days, and locations. This is designed for real clinic operations where scheduling is more than open time slots. Doctors have different workflows, rooms have different purposes, and mobile vehicles need their own availability, staffing, and route logic. With Atlas Scheduler Templating, clinics will be able to create reusable templates with color-coded blocks and schedule templates by appointment type, then apply them into Atlas with preview, conflict detection, and controlled commit. Planned functionality includes: Reusable schedule templates for DVMs, rooms, and vehicles Color-coded time blocks for quick visual recognition Templates for GP days, surgery blocks, dental suites, mobile routes, admin time, lunch, buffers, and closed time A visual template builder Saved template library Ability to clone, edit, archive, and reuse templates Apply templates to one day, selected days, date ranges, or recurring schedules Preview before applying changes Conflict detection before schedules are changed Clear visibility into what will be added, changed, skipped, or overwritten Template attribution on schedule blocks after they are applied This will help clinics: Build schedules faster Standardize provider, room, and vehicle workflows Make Atlas easier to read at a glance through color-coded blocks Reduce manual schedule rebuilding Catch conflicts before they affect appointments Support mobile, in-clinic, and room-based scheduling from one system The goal is not a basic recurring calendar tool. The goal is a true operational scheduling templater inside Atlas, giving clinics reusable, visual, color-coded schedule logic that can scale with the way the hospital actually runs.

MMS Attachment Support for SMS Conversations

PawthosX is planning MMS attachment support for SMS conversations inside the communication system. This will allow clinics and clients to send and receive image or media attachments through SMS threads, making communication more complete when a photo or file is needed. This is designed for common workflows such as clients sending photos of a concern, clinics sharing visual updates, or teams attaching relevant media during a conversation. Planned functionality includes: Receiving MMS attachments from clients Viewing media attachments inside SMS conversation threads Sending attachments from PawthosX SMS conversations Supporting uploaded files inside the message composer Storing message attachments alongside the communication record This will make SMS conversations more useful for real clinical and client communication, especially when a picture answers the question faster than another message.

Group Treatment Fan-Out to Patient Records

PawthosX is planning a workflow that allows clinics to copy a logged group treatment into the individual patient records for animals that already have their own charts. This is designed for herd, litter, and group medicine workflows where a treatment may be performed at the group level, but individual patient records still need accurate prescription and treatment history. With this feature, clinics will be able to take a documented group treatment and fan it out to the appropriate linked patient records. This will help teams: Keep group treatment documentation connected to individual patient records Improve prescription and treatment traceability Support antimicrobial and withdrawal tracking needs Avoid manually recreating the same treatment across multiple charts Preserve a clear link back to the original group treatment The action is planned as a deliberate staff-controlled step, not an automatic background process.
