Native Spanish & French Canadian Language Support

PawthosX is planning expanded native language support for Spanish and French Canadian across key clinic and client-facing workflows.

This is designed for clinics serving multilingual teams and clients, including Spanish-speaking communities in the United States, Puerto Rico, Mexico, and French-speaking clients in Canada.

Planned functionality includes:

• Native Spanish language support

• Native French Canadian language support

• Ability to choose a preferred client language

• Translated client questionnaires

• Translated intake forms

• Translated discharge instructions

• Translated visit summaries

• Language selection during client communication workflows

• Support for multilingual clinic-client experiences inside PawthosX One and Pawsworth

This will help clinics:

• Communicate more clearly with clients in their preferred language

• Reduce confusion during intake, discharge, and follow-up

• Support Spanish-speaking and French Canadian client communities

• Improve client understanding of care instructions

• Create a more inclusive experience without forcing clinics into manual translation work
