ParaSight Lab Equipment Integration

PawthosX is working on an integration with ParaSight lab equipment to help clinics bring diagnostic results directly into the patient record.

ParaSight provides in-clinic diagnostic capabilities across areas such as fecals, hematology, chemistry, immunoassay, and urine analysis, and existing integration patterns support automatic upload of diagnostic results into veterinary software.

With this integration, PawthosX aims to reduce manual result entry, improve diagnostic recordkeeping, and keep lab data connected to the visit where it belongs.

Planned functionality includes:

• Receiving ParaSight diagnostic results inside PawthosX

• Attaching results to the correct patient record

• Connecting results to the related visit when available

• Supporting in-clinic diagnostic workflows

• Reducing duplicate manual entry

• Making results easier to review from the EMR

• Preserving diagnostic history for future care

• Ordering labs from PawthosX One

This will help clinics:

• Save time during lab result documentation

• Reduce transcription errors

• Keep diagnostic results connected to the medical record

• Improve visibility for doctors and technicians

• Support faster point-of-care decision-making

The goal is to make ParaSight results flow into PawthosX naturally, so diagnostic information becomes part of the clinical workflow instead of another separate system the team has to chase.
