Neonate Weight Tracking on Litter Cards
PawthosX is planning lightweight weight tracking directly on neonate and litter member cards. This is designed for pediatric litter workflows where small changes in weight can matter quickly, especially for runts, fading puppy concerns, feeding issues, or stalled growth. Clinics will be able to view recent weight trends at a glance and quickly add a new weight without opening a full visit. Planned functionality includes: Latest weight displayed on each neonate card Small visual weight trend line Recent weight history Quick “Add Weight” action Weight tracking for both promoted and non-promoted litter members Visual indication when weight is increasing or decreasing This helps clinical teams scan a litter faster and identify neonates that may need attention before the issue gets buried.
Group Treatment Fan-Out to Patient Records
PawthosX is planning a workflow that allows clinics to copy a logged group treatment into the individual patient records for animals that already have their own charts. This is designed for herd, litter, and group medicine workflows where a treatment may be performed at the group level, but individual patient records still need accurate prescription and treatment history. With this feature, clinics will be able to take a documented group treatment and fan it out to the appropriate linked patient records. This will help teams: Keep group treatment documentation connected to individual patient records Improve prescription and treatment traceability Support antimicrobial and withdrawal tracking needs Avoid manually recreating the same treatment across multiple charts Preserve a clear link back to the original group treatment The action is planned as a deliberate staff-controlled step, not an automatic background process.

Re-update SOAP
Would there be a way to have the SOAP able to be re-made? Sometimes I add labs after the fact as I have forgotten to put them in there and I want the SOAP to be remade before I have finalized the SOAP.
nonexisitent items still show up
Norepi and bup that show up as expiring soon, are not in the inventory anymore but still show up.
MFA, Authenticator Apps + Action PINs
We are preparing stronger account security and approval tools inside PawthosX. The goal is to help clinics better protect sensitive actions while keeping daily workflows fast. Planned support includes: Multi-factor authentication Authenticator app support PIN codes for quick identity confirmation PIN verification for digital signatures PIN verification for medication dispensing PIN verification for controlled or sensitive actions Review steps before certain actions are completed Better audit visibility around who approved, signed, or dispensed something This will help clinics add extra protection around important actions without slowing down the entire team. More details will be added as the security and workflow options are finalized.
ParaSight Lab Equipment Integration
PawthosX is working on an integration with ParaSight lab equipment to help clinics bring diagnostic results directly into the patient record. ParaSight provides in-clinic diagnostic capabilities across areas such as fecals, hematology, chemistry, immunoassay, and urine analysis, and existing integration patterns support automatic upload of diagnostic results into veterinary software. With this integration, PawthosX aims to reduce manual result entry, improve diagnostic recordkeeping, and keep lab data connected to the visit where it belongs. Planned functionality includes: Receiving ParaSight diagnostic results inside PawthosX Attaching results to the correct patient record Connecting results to the related visit when available Supporting in-clinic diagnostic workflows Reducing duplicate manual entry Making results easier to review from the EMR Preserving diagnostic history for future care Ordering labs from PawthosX One This will help clinics: Save time during lab result documentation Reduce transcription errors Keep diagnostic results connected to the medical record Improve visibility for doctors and technicians Support faster point-of-care decision-making The goal is to make ParaSight results flow into PawthosX naturally, so diagnostic information becomes part of the clinical workflow instead of another separate system the team has to chase.

Delete card on file
Is there a way to delete a credit card on file when an owner updates with a new card? And if they have more than one on file, how can we make one the default? Example: ——- has 2 cards on file the first card we entered is no longer valid and is the current default card. We want the —— to be the only one on file, the default card, and delete the other card. THANKS ~ Heather @ Chatt-Town :-)
