With CarePlan+, clinics can create custom estimate flows that guide CarePlan using structured logic, triggers, keywords, and verification steps.
These flows help providers build surgical plans, wellness packages, and multi-step treatments with less rework and fewer omissions.

What CarePlan Does

CarePlan brings together data from the visit, treatments, and safety systems to generate draft plans that the provider reviews and finalizes.

It supports:

Automatic Drafting

If ChronicleAI captured a treatment conversation during the exam, CarePlan can pull those details into a draft plan for review.

Smart Prepopulation

Based on the documented plan, CarePlan suggests:

• services

• medications

• procedures

• diagnostics

These are recommendations, not final selections. Providers must review all items for clinical appropriateness.

Safety Checks

Every medication and treatment is routed through RXGuard so:

• dosing

• interactions

• contraindications

• DEA logging steps

are surfaced before the estimate is shown to the client.

Estimate Output

The final plan can be turned into an estimate that:

• is editable

• follows clinic pricing

• can be printed or shared digitally

Estimates flow into Payments only after provider approval.
