How OurWork Works

1. Drag-and-Drop Scheduling

The OurWork scheduler lets you:

  • build weekly or monthly schedules

  • drag shifts into place

  • assign roles (CSR, Tech, DVM, Surgery, etc.)

  • customize shift colors

  • add notes & expected duties

  • duplicate templates for recurring coverage

Scheduling becomes visual, intuitive, and fast.


2. Time Clock & Kiosk Mode

Time Clock

Team members clock in/out from:

  • their workstation

  • their mobile device (if you enable it)

  • the dedicated kiosk

Kiosk Mode

A secured device (front desk, break room, back office) can be locked into Kiosk Mode, enabling:

  • quick clock-ins

  • PIN or QR verification (plus verifyPIN)

  • staff visibility

Time entries sync instantly to OurWork.
