Integrations

PawthosX connects seamlessly with the tools you already use β€” messaging providers, payment gateways, cloud services, and third-party APIs β€” without locking you into any specific vendor.

Every integration runs through MCP, uses secure tokens, and exposes only what your clinic approves.

This is β€œconnect what matters,” not β€œoversell everything.”

Supported Integrations (Beta-Ready)

πŸ’³ Billing & Payments

  • Stripe β€” subscriptions, invoices, payment methods, transaction history

  • New partner for all financial services coming soon.

πŸ“² Messaging & Communication

  • Twilio β€” SMS, MMS, voice

  • Telnyx β€” SMS and programmable voice

  • Google APIs β€” Places, Maps, reCAPTCHA, auth helpers

  • Giphy β€” safe, curated content for team and client communication (B.O.N.D. and CSR tools)

πŸ”Œ PawthosX Internal Services

  • Secure Webhooks

  • OpenAPI (ClinicOS public API schema)

  • MCP service connectors

  • Persona Engine + consent tracking

  • SupplyRoom data hooks

  • ChronicleAI structured content endpoints

  • Artificial Intelligence APIs

These integrations are modular β€” you enable only what your clinic uses.

How to Set Up Integrations

1. Go to
Admin β†’ Integrations

2. Select a partner

3. Connect your account

  • API keys

  • OAuth

  • Verified tokens

  • Webhook URLs (when required)

4. Run a connection test
Confirms:

  • handshake

  • authentication

  • correct permissions

  • test event

Once connected, the partner becomes active system-wide.

Partner Tiles (Integrations Dashboard)

Each integration you connect gets a dedicated tile in the dashboard showing:

  • Connection status

  • Recent activity

  • Sync & delivery logs

  • Last webhook event

  • Error + retry history

  • Token expiration warnings

Tiles update dynamically as MCP polls and verifies each service.

Data That Syncs Today

Payments

  • Plan type

  • Subscription status

  • Invoice previews

  • Refund & adjustment history

  • Customer profile link-back

Messaging

  • Templates

  • Delivery logs

  • Opt-in/opt-out

  • Failed delivery alerts

  • Message previews

  • Carrier compliance flags

Cloud Services (Google APIs)

  • Address validation

  • Clinic location lookup

  • Map embeds

  • reCAPTCHA verification

  • Identity tokens (if enabled)

Internal PawthosX Data Links

  • InventoryOps logs

  • ChronicleAI summaries

  • CarePlanAI structured data

  • Atlas status events

  • DischargeAI outbound records

No PHI/medical notes get sent externally unless you explicitly turn it on β€” your data stays inside your clinic.

Planned Additions

These are on the roadmap β€” no timelines promised, no overselling:

  • BNPL & ScratchPay / CareCredit

  • Partner referral tracking β€” outbound referral visibility

  • Integrated lab channels β€” direct result ingestion β†’ ChronicleAI overlays

  • Secure OpenAPI endpoints β€” labs, case linking, inventory pushes

  • Expanded telemedicine connectors (if the clinic enables them)

  • Pet Insurance Providers

  • Inventory and ordering partner providers

  • In House Analyzers

All future integrations follow the same rule:
opt-in, role-aware, audit-logged.

OpenAPI Overview

PawthosX will support a public, documented OpenAPI schema for clinics and partners who want to extend their own systems.

Initial endpoints (planned):

  • Labs

  • Case linking

  • Results import

  • Inventory adjustments

  • Appointment pushes

  • Messaging events

Every endpoint will be:

  • token-gated

  • rate-limited

  • consent-aware

  • human-review safe

OpenAPI will never expose private models, internal logic, or proprietary AI structures β€” only the operational endpoints clinics need.
