Sentinel Display turns any tablet, wall screen, or mounted TV into a real-time ops board for your clinic — no login needed, always live.
What It Shows:
RoomOps status board (patients, timers, urgency flags)
Shift updates + key alerts
Triage queue or discharge queue (configurable)
Broadcast-only mode (non-editable)
Device Requirements:
Any screen with browser (TV, iPad, Android tablet, Pi)
Local WiFi access to clinic server or cloud sync enabled
Unique device code (auto-generated in admin)
How to Set It Up:
Go to Admin → Devices
Tap “Add Display Device”
Choose Display Mode:
RoomOps Board
Shift Dashboard
Discharge Queue
Generate device code and URL
Load URL on screen and enter code
Lock device in full-screen/kiosk mode
Tips for Use:
Mount near treatment area, DVM zone, or team station
Use separate tablet at front desk for Triage overview
Can rotate views automatically every X minutes
PawsTV — Live Updates for Clients (Optional)
Summary:
PawsTV is an optional client-facing display that shows approved updates, wait times, or educational content while clients are in the lobby.
What It Can Show:
Patient first name + “In Treatment” or “Discharge Soon”
Wait time estimate or current queue
Educational slides (configured in Admin)
Clinic branding, welcome messages, and moodboards
Privacy Considerations:
PawsTV only shows non-clinical info
No medical data, diagnosis, or team comments are shared
All content is opt-in per clinic and can be turned off instantly
Setup Process:
Go to Admin → PawsTV
Choose what data to display
Upload educational slides or message loop
Connect display screen or kiosk tablet
Lock in PawsTV mode
